Being a wedding photographer is about so much more than just taking pictures. It’s about following your emotions and documenting the defining moments of your life.

This summer, I had the pleasure of joining L and M for their wedding in Provence. It was a lovely, intimate wedding, filled with sincerity and emotion. But my journey with them began long before that big day.

A proposal a marriage proposal in Paris

In 2023, L proposed to M in the City of Love, Paris. It was a magical moment that they chose to capture with a couple’s photo shoot. We organized this session in an equally romantic setting: Montmartre, my neighborhood. Amid the cobblestone streets, the legendary staircases, and the soft morning light, I had the privilege of capturing their knowing glances and bursts of laughter.

During this shoot, it was love at first sight for me as a photographer. I discovered L, who is passionate about photography and willing to spend hours in the cold to get the perfect shot. As for M, she charmed me with her love for Paris, its streets, its history, and its poetry. My two passions—photography and Paris—were embodied in this joyful couple, madly in love and exceptionally kind. It was an experience as enriching as it was unforgettable.

A Reunion for a Wedding in Perpignan

A few months later, I had the pleasure of seeing them again this summer in the South, for their wedding in Provence. It was a day filled with warmth, just like them. The emotion was palpable during their ceremony, which took place in an intimate and welcoming setting. The region’s sun-drenched landscapes provided a stunning natural backdrop for authentic, luminous photos.

The carefully thought-out little details, the smiles shared with their loved ones, and their bursts of joy created a unique atmosphere that I had the pleasure of capturing. Every moment was a true celebration of their love.
