TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Subject
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Jennifer Buckle Photographer and any person who books a photography service through the website, via a quote, or by any other means.
Any reservation implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Services Offered
Jennifer Buckle, Photographer, offers the following services:
family photo sessions
wedding photography
event coverage
Photography services for businesses (photojournalism, custom projects, copyright)
sale of photographic art prints
The specific terms and conditions for each service are outlined at the time of booking or in the corresponding quotes.
Reservations and Payment
Family Sessions
Family photo sessions must be booked online.
Full payment for the session is required at the time of booking.
Any session for which payment has not been received cannot be confirmed.
Weddings, baptisms, events, and services lasting more than 2 hours
The reservation is not confirmed until we have received the signed quote or contract and a deposit of 30% of the total service fee.
Without payment of the deposit, no date can be reserved.
For weddings, payment in installments may be offered in accordance with the terms specified in the contract.
Prices
Prices are listed in euros.
They include the time spent shooting, as well as the artistic work involved in selecting and editing the images.
Any additional requests will be subject to a separate quote.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized services provided on an agreed-upon date.
Once a reservation has been confirmed, no refunds will be issued for any services that have been booked and paid for.
Service Process
The photographer agrees to carry out the assignment in accordance with her artistic vision, her documentary approach, and her unique style.
The client acknowledges that they have reviewed the photographer’s work and accept it without reservation.
Delivery of photographs
Delivery of photographs
The photographs will be delivered within the estimated timeframe provided at the time of booking or specified in the quote.
The images are delivered retouched in the photographer’s signature artistic style.
RAW files are not provided under any circumstances.
The client may request specific edits , provided they are reasonable and respect the photographer’s artistic vision.
After the photographs are delivered, a maximum of two rounds of edit requests will be accepted. Any additional requests may be subject to an additional charge.
With regard to the complimentary photo books or prints included in certain packages, the photographer retains the right to decide on the layout, image selection, and formats in order to ensure the artistic consistency of the work.
Requests for changes will be accepted within reason, subject to technical and artistic feasibility.
Cancellation and rescheduling
In the event of cancellation by the customer:
the deposit paid is retained by the photographer;
For sessions paid in full at the time of booking, no refunds will be issued.
A postponement may be considered on an exceptional basis, subject to availability.
In the event of an exceptional cancellation by the photographer for reasons beyond her control, all payments made will be refunded in full.
Intellectual Property and Copyright
The photographs taken remain the exclusive intellectual property of Jennifer Buckle.
Any reproduction, distribution, or use of these images without prior written permission is prohibited.
For services provided to businesses, the terms of use for the images (media, duration, territory) are specified in the quote or contract.
Rainy Day Workshops – Online Training
" Rainy Day Workshops " are online photography courses available in the form of digital content (videos, instructional materials, and downloadable resources).
Access to the workshops is strictly personal. Any reproduction, sharing, distribution, or making available of the content, in whole or in part, on any medium whatsoever, is prohibited without prior written authorization.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, online courses, which constitute digital content provided immediately upon purchase, are neither exchangeable nor refundable once access to the content has been granted.
The workshops are designed to be both educational and creative. The results achieved depend on each participant’s personal commitment. Jennifer Buckle cannot be held responsible for a lack of results or for how the user interprets the content.
For personal, non-commercial use
The " Ateliers des jours pluvieux " are intended strictly for personal and family use.
Their purpose is to guide participants in a creative, fun, and non-professional approach to photography.
Any use of the content for professional, commercial, training, educational, or workshop facilitation purposes, or for distribution to third parties, is prohibited without the prior written consent of Jennifer Buckle.
Under no circumstances may the workshop materials be resold, shared, reproduced, or used for professional purposes, even free of charge.
Applicable law
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts.
