If only you knew how much I love seeing you again! Last year, I met Elodie and Antonio for the first time when she was pregnant with a little girl and they were looking for a family photographer in Paris. It was a very tender maternity shoot that really left a lasting impression on me. We split the session in two: a few photos at their home and the rest outdoors in Bir Hakeim. So Parisian! A few months later, I went back to their home to meet Elisabeth, a little ray of sweetness. I got to see Elodie in her role as a calm, serene, and determined mom. And Antonio as a loving, tender dad who’s completely smitten. It was a simple, no-fuss session—no tears. A truly beautiful memory!

So I was delighted to hear that a second little one is on the way and will be joining this lovely family in just a few days. They’ve decided to trust me once again to be their photographer.

We decided to split the session into two parts again, and Elodie had the idea to take us to the Auteuil Greenhouses for a nature-themed photo shoot! The greenhouses are the perfect spot for a maternity or baby photo shoot—they’re heated, and there are as many settings as there are countries! It’s the perfect place to capture professional yet tender photos in an exotic setting just outside Paris. I especially love going there in winter, because it lets you create a very different atmosphere for your shoots by taking off coats and hats; the kids can run around freely, and parents can fully enjoy this family moment. Doing outdoor photo shoots is a wonderful way to discover little-known or forgotten spots in Paris.
